Pricing, Currency & Foreign Exchange

Temporary Authorization Holds

Financial institutions may temporarily show a pending authorization prior to final settlement. A pending note does not mean a completed charge went through. If a checkout attempt fails, the timeframe for the pending hold to disappear depends completely on your bank's policies.

Discount Vouchers and Promotions

Promotional coupon codes must be entered into the designated field at checkout prior to order submission. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to finished purchases, exchanged for cash, or combined with other special offers unless stated otherwise.

Refunds and Reversals
